It was here, in 1972, that Rudy Vanlancker took his first steps as a trainee at the hotel school. He has been running Chez Léon for 45 years and took over Aux Armes de Bruxelles in 2018. A brasserie that combines chic with authenticity, run by Cédric Callenaere.
