Members of the Tibetan Health Center first got to grips with the basics of Chinese and Tibetan massage techniques in Tibet. During their travels through different regions of Asia, they were able to perfect their knowledge by incorporating different practices from Thailand, India and Japan. The centre now offers a wide range of techniques from this traditional Oriental discipline.
