Permafungi

The idea for the project is based on two observations - the abundance of urban waste and the fairly high unemployment rate among young people. In 2013, research was therefore begun into recycling coffee grounds in order to produce oyster mushrooms, while offering stable and sustainable employment to young people in Brussels.
