The salon of the late Ivo, Brussels icon and hero of the capital's LGBTQIA+ scene, Ivo Coiffure is a Plattesteen monument, renowned for styling the wigs of artists at the nearby Chez Maman cabaret. Ivo passed away last year, but the salon’s approach to hair styling is as effervescent as ever.
