The patisserie is nestled in the magnificent building of the former Pacheco hospice, which is currently home to around a hundred sustainable and social projects for the foreseeable future. Drawing strength from this community, Toga is establishing as many links as possible with the other projects present (e.g. organic baskets, sale of cookies at the Jardin bar, edible flowers and many others). Nothing is set in stone, nothing is the same, everything moves with the times, according to the seasons, inspiration, events at the Grand Hospice and even your wishes.
