Once a delicatessen on rue Archimède,
ten years ago, La Baie d’Halong set up shop
in rue Stevin, just a stone’s throw
from the Berlaymont. It takes its name
from Vinh Ha Long ( »descent
of the dragon »), a vast paradise bay
and the pride of Vietnam. A country that inspires the
cuisine served here, of which the
boss can’t help but sing the praises.
