The La Dalle routes are coming back to Brussels, we've been waiting for that!

Omdat hij altijd raak schiet (in Brussel), heeft Emile verschillende themaroutes bedacht die zintuiglijk genot combineren met de (her)ontdekking van een emblematische wijk van de stad.
But what is a "La Dalle" route?
La Dalle is a concept we love. When you book a La Dalle route, you experience a roaming evening full of surprises, with a minimum of 3 stops in bars and restaurants in the capital. You start with an aperitif at one place, walk to another establishment to taste their specialty, and so on. Everything is kept secret until the very last moment: you just have to let yourself be guided by an app on your smartphone.
La Dalle was born in 2020. It is the project of Sarah and Thierry from Balance Events, an event company that was affected by the Covid crisis and dedicated itself to this new project with one central goal: creating unforgettable experiences and emotions thanks to local traders.
Since then, there have been several editions of « La Dalle ». Last year, in partnership with Entreprendre Bruxelles, a new edition took place in the city center, generating over 7000 tastings in secret, trendy, or iconic Brussels restaurants.
This year, Entreprendre Bruxelles wanted to expand the concept. Balance Design created the local guide Emile, which will offer La Dalle routes exclusively related to food, but also other routes under different themes (well-being, second-hand, etc.)
How does it work?
Don’t know which restaurant to choose? What if you tried them all in one meal?
By following Emile x La Dalle, you can whet your appetite at a Lebanese restaurant, continue at a Thai restaurant, and finish at a French restaurant. In short, a culinary journey where you combine the discovery of restaurants with the iconic neighborhoods of Brussels.

Choose
Choose the route that excites you based on the location or what your taste buds desire! Whether you’re a carnivore, flexitarian, or vegan, there’s something for everyone.
Taste
During this adventure of about 2.5 hours, you will discover up to 4 spots where you can taste a specialty of the establishment. After connecting to the app on your smartphone, you just have to follow the instructions to navigate correctly during this route and enjoy the dish or drink provided at each location.
Practical information about the Emile routes
Reservations open: July 1, 2024
Number of routes: 2 routes starting July 1; 2 other routes will be added during the summer.
Number of people: 2 to 10 people. For larger groups, contact La Dalle support; they can adapt the formula.
Price: €49 per person. Depending on the routes, this includes food and some drinks.
