Emile.brussels: a whole concept
Who’s behind ‘Emile.Brussels’? It’s quite simple: a team with a love of restaurants and new experiences, creating gastronomic itineraries to help you discover new addresses in Brussels.
The concept? You have your aperitif in one place, your starter in another, your main course in a restaurant and you finish off with dessert at a final address. All these spots are secret, so you’ll discover them as you go along. Please note that the number of stops varies according to the route you choose (from 3 to 4).
Everything is organised by Emile’s team: reservations, contact with the restaurants, etc. All you have to do is choose your date and the slot that suits you best, book and pay. All you have to do is wait for the big day.

This summer, Emile.brussels has really got the hang of it and is offering you five different routes:
- Original 3.0: Emile has put together the best of the best addresses.
- Devil Emile: Do you like to play with fire and spice? This course is for you.
- Made in Marolles: Halfway between local and international street food and authentic local folklore.
- Chef! Yes, chef! : try out not one, not two, but three gastronomic addresses on this trail.
- Bonjour Emile: a cosy trail to get your weekend off to a good start.
Good to know: vegetarian versions of all the routes are available. You can tell the Emile team when you book if you have any food allergies or intolerances.

Why do we love it?
Emile a la dalle is an initiative of Entreprendre Bruxelles, which supports shopkeepers in the City of Brussels. Thanks to this experience, customers can (re)discover the shops and the city. They wander around the different districts, trying out the sometimes surprising restaurants and discovering new addresses along the way.
The restaurants, cafés, wine bars and other establishments taking part are carefully chosen by the Emile team, with some recommendations from Entreprendre. The quality of the products and service, the originality of the concept, the novelty, the location… are all important criteria in choosing these places.
By bringing customers directly into the restaurants, we’re supporting the HoReCa sector and raising the profile of the town’s shops and atmosphere. A bonus for our retailers?
