Veronique Socié has been awarded the title of "Premier Fromager
de Belgique 2016". She and her son run a unique establishment together:
a cheese dairy with a tasting bar.
On the menu, you’ll find mature dairy products sourced from
small-scale producers and artisans, most of whom work directly with the dairy.
