In 2023, the talented duo, Tubo Logier and Ydris Gryson, opened the Aster restaurant, which serves around twenty diners in an industrial-style setting with concrete floors and exposed brick walls. What makes it so special? This open-plan restaurant offers a unique tasting menu based on fish and seasonal vegetables cooked over a wood fire, with or without wine pairings.
